I was in the surprise AZ location today I checked in. Never even got my haircut I had to wait so long then I left because you guys didn’t honor clients who check in store...Only one customer was ahead of me waiting in the lobby, and several other names were in front of me because of online check in. I was waiting and hoping for someone to get to me for my haircut. However each time a girl was ready, some one walked in from the online check in. What really made me angry was a client walked in and told a girl he needed some product in his hair. So the girl took him back and ended up giving him a full haircut. So I got screwed not only from online check ins but some guy walks right in and get a VIP pass to cut me and I was waiting even longer now! At that point I had to get going. I’m a returning customer I spent lots of money at your location but this did it for me. I will never go there again. I always have to deal with moms bringing in 3-5 kids. This place advertises hair cuts for men. I’m constantly stuck waiting behined large groups of kids. Anyways, I know this doesn’t probably mean too much to you you guys get good business. But Christ, if a customer getting off of work 2:45 pm on a Thursday afternoon middle of the week, last thing I wanna do is just watch people off of the street just waltz right in and I’m now stuck waiting even longer competing with online check ins.
